Attorney Advertising

Website Disclaimer

Please read this page before using Legal Case Advisor. By using the site, you agree that you understand the points below.

Who we are

Legal Case Advisor helps people learn about potential legal claims and connects them with independent attorneys and law firms. We are an advertising and referral service — we are not a law firm, our staff do not act as your lawyers, and we cannot give you legal advice about your situation.

Content on this site is published for general information only. Please talk to a licensed attorney before making any decision about a legal matter.

Becoming a client

Browsing this site, calling a number listed here, or filling out a form does not make you anyone's client. You become a client of a law firm only after that firm reviews your matter, agrees to represent you, and you both sign a written agreement.

Until that happens, what you send us is not considered confidential or privileged. Share only the basic details needed for an initial review, and hold back anything sensitive until an attorney has formally agreed to take your case.

What happens after you reach out

When you submit an inquiry, here is what to expect:

  • Your information may be passed to one or more attorneys or law firms in our network, or to companies that help them handle intake.
  • A firm may contact you by phone, text, or email to ask follow-up questions.
  • The firm alone decides whether it can help you. Legal Case Advisor does not evaluate claims or make that decision.
  • Not every inquiry leads to representation, and you are free to decline any offer.

About results

Every legal matter is different. Any case outcomes, settlement amounts, or verdicts mentioned in our ads or on this site come from other people's cases and do not predict what will happen in yours. There is no guarantee that you will receive compensation.

Licensing and location

Our advertising may reach people in many states, but each attorney is licensed only where they have been admitted to practice. A firm may not be able to help you depending on where you live or where the events took place. Where state rules require it, the name and location of the attorney responsible for an advertisement will be provided.

Attorney credentials

Unless we say otherwise for a specific attorney, no lawyer mentioned on this site holds a board certification or specialist designation in any area of law. Many states do not offer such certifications, so the lack of one says nothing about an attorney's skill or experience.

Health and medical topics

Some pages discuss medications, products, or health conditions. That material is for background only and should never replace advice from your doctor. Do not stop or change any treatment without speaking to a medical professional first. For a medical emergency, dial 911. For emotional distress or a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

Photos and dramatizations

People shown in photos and videos are often actors or models. Unless clearly labeled otherwise, they are not actual clients, and any scenes are dramatizations.

Keeping information current

We try to keep this site accurate, but laws, deadlines, and lawsuits change quickly. We make no promise that every page is complete or up to date, and we may update content at any time without notice. Legal deadlines (statutes of limitations) can be short, so do not rely on this site to decide when to act.
